Classes

The goal of our class offerings, is to give the novice sewer as well as experienced sewer an expanded knowledge of skills you may already have, teach new techniques you may not have tried and expand your world of creativity.

Each class is designed to teach techniques you can use in other projects of your own creation.

  • Open Sewing Tuesdays

    Open Sewing is for anyone who wants to learn how to sew or needs a refresher class. These classes run every Tuesday ( except for Holidays) 11-1:00 Cost $100 for four 2 hour classes
  • Tea and Embroidery
    May 4, 2024 @ 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
    Come for a fun afternoon of embroidery and Tea. Embroider a mug rug to fit a mini wood tray along with a personalized gift tag. Design features applique and embroidery and is finished entirely in the hoop. Wrap it all up with a matching cup and leave with a gift to give or enjoy for yourself.
  • Open Sewing Saturday

    In this open class you can bring any project in that you need help on. Anything from alterations, home dec, garment construction. Four 2 hour classes are $100
  • Embroidery Club April 6
    April 6, 2024 @ 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
    Join us for embroidery club on Saturday April 6 to make this original patch for the Solar Eclipse. Learn how to make patches on your embroidery machine, Be ready for the Eclipse and sew it to a bag or shirt.

    Kids can Sew is designed for ages 6-15 years old. Students will learn how to use a sewing machine while they create garments using Kids Can Sew packet that is designed for beginning sewers.
    Cost is $80 for four weeks. First time students will need the Kids Can Sew sewing packet for $65

  • Serger Sample class

    Learn how to use decorative threads in your serger. You will leave with samples that include wooly nylon, yarn and Decor thread.
